Do you feel like your life is at a standstill?  Are you ready to make a change but have no idea what that change is?

Maybe you’ve outgrown your job and feel burnt out, unmotivated, or unfulfilled from the work that was once gratifying. Or the life you're living now is once what you thought you wanted, but it turns out it isn't. Are you going through a major life transition, like a divorce/breakup, relocation, or personal awakening—that’s leaving you questioning what you want for your future?

All of these situations can easily leave you feeling stuck, uncertain about what's next, or overwhelmed by the pressure to “figure it all out.” Your confidence may even have taken a hit, making you second-guess your decisions, or feel disconnected from yourself.

At Braveheart Journeys, I support individuals who are ready to move beyond confusion and uncertainty about their futures and develop the skills needed to move forward.  I help you learn how to live a life that reflects your authentic self.

Through supportive, forward-focused coaching, I help you:

  • Identify what you want in this next chapter

  • Move through uncertainty and decision paralysis

  • Rebuild confidence and trust in yourself

  • Take intentional steps toward a life that feels fulfilling, not just “fine”

This is your time to finally live the life you want.  Learn how to step into your next chapter with confidence and create a life that aligns with who you are now.

Shayna T. Sanders, LMFT

Hi, I’m Shayna, the founder and owner of Braveheart Journeys. For the past 20 years, I have worked as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), helping people navigate life transitions, uncertainty, and personal growth. I previously served as an Assistant Program Director in a community outpatient clinic and have been in private practice since 2012.

Over the years, I began to notice that many capable adults weren’t necessarily seeking healing as much as they were seeking direction. They felt stuck, uncertain about their next steps, and ready for change.

As a Life Coach, my work is future-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often addresses mental health concerns and past experiences, coaching focuses on clarity, strengths, and creating intentional next steps.  Coaching offers support, guidance, and accountability for those who feel ready to step into a new chapter of their lives.

I believe every new beginning starts with courage—and a brave heart.
